The Cove opens this weekend in New York and Los Angeles, and expands to many more places starting next weekend.
The film is garnering rave reviews from across the critical spectrum and won awards at 12 festivals this year, including the audience award for best U.S. documentary at Sundance. It tells an urgent story of emblematic non-human suffering and holds the potential to transform a terrible situation barely noticed until now.
